The beat is the thing, from the beat of the living heart to the resonance within our planet earth to the reverberation in the depths of space - that beat is there, everywhere and we revere it as our ancestors did.
This is an outstanding example of that human connection to the beat, especially the wonderful sampling of percussion instruments displayed in this album.
I enjoyed every bit of it.

Well my friends let me tell you that to achieve a level of synchronization reached on this work is not easy task to get and it's not just because I play percussion instruments that I'm telling you this is a project that makes you move even if you do not want to move but on the other hand opens a big window of opportunities for creation.

Hypnotic Beats!
I thoroughly enjoyed the rhythms of this album. There is a lot of diversity of arrangements here that separates it from the usual 'drummer solo album'.
Particularly good are the energetic 'Arrow' and the ambient 'Halloween'.

Never listened to any percussion albums before - other than live festival performances - kinda reminds me of that vibe :). i can't play percussion to save my life, but i am a midi programmer (heresy!), so plenty to be learned here. it stays on, and i'm having a nice cuppa and a smoke....

Nous sommes ici dans l'univers de la percussion qui fait entendre des mélodies . C'est de la musique d'ensemble que l'on peut entendre dans cet album . Percussions de contrées diverses et variées … du Nord au Sud et de l'Est à l'Ouest . Cela me fait un petit peu penser à Guem et Zaka Percussion , mais avec des instruments qui viennent de divers continents et même de l'électronique pour certaines . J'ai toujours été étonné par le fait que l'on puisse entendre des mélodies rien qu'avec des instruments qui , par définition , ne sont pas mélodiques , pour la plupart .

We are here in the world of percussion melodies . It's music ensemble that can be heard in this album . Percussion from various countries ... from north to south and from east to west. This makes me think a little about Guem and Zaka Percussion, but with instruments that come from different continents and even some electronics. I've always been amazed by the fact that we can hear melodies with only instruments that, by definition, are not melodic.

J'ai bien aimé, ce côté qui fait que sans s'en rendre compte on embarque comme dans un manège, les pieds se mettent à tapper sur ces tempos et petit à petit tout le corps se met en mouvement, même assis derrière le pc.
et paradoxalement c'est presque reposant en plus .

Les percutons, rythmes instinctifs qui depuis toujours nous font vibrer, la façon la plus pure d'exprimer nos sentiments par la musique ,ces rythmes primaires sont ce qu'il y a de plus efficasse.

It's quite nice this album, but there's missing, let's say kind of diversity. So the drumming is very well done (i'm not a music specialist :D ). Wow i'm listening to greyhound now. I immediately added it to my loved songs, but there's also something missing. I'd suggest adding another non-percussion-instrument or a more melodic one, but very well done!

Temas de percusión instrumentales mezclando diferentes instrumentos y algún efecto. Improvisación percusiva, una forma diferente y original de interpretar instrumentos de percusión, mezclar diferentes ritmos y estilos, percusión en directo con cajas de ritmos, tambien suena a que hay algo de Fruity Loops, un resultado curioso. Merece la pena prestarle atención.

Très bon comme percussion, j'adore, moi qui joue de beaucoup d'instruments, et
même commencer ma vie musicale sur la batterie et autre percussion vers l'âge de
7 ans.
Petit point que j'aimerais souligner.
Élargir la sonoritée des
percussions, je veux dire par l'à que, imaginons être devant la scène, batterie
au centre,et bongo gauche ou droite , autre plus en avant ect ect,,,,,ou
arrière,,,,
Cela et je dis bien c'est une petite remarque que je fais, car
tout est bien fait,mais élargire comme je dis serait vraiment super, Autrement
dit,pas tous au centre.
Mais à part cela, je dois te dire que tu es super
mon ami,,,,Bravo et pour ton prochain, si, percussion,,essai , tu verras, à toi
de choisir naturellement, je donne juste mon avis,,,,
